The decision comes after reccurrance of similar incidents where the Chief Minister has been attacked for personal vendetta
Following the shoe throwing incident at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during the press conference at Delhi Secretariat, the Aam Aadmi Party convenor has decided not to hold any briefing at the place. This unofficial report comes after Ved Prakash, member of the Aam Aadmi Sena, hurled shoe at him during the announcement of second phase of Odd-Even press conference.
As soon as the incident took place, the conference was interrupted for few minutes until Prakash was pushed out of the place by other journalists present at the Secretariat. Prakash, who claims to also have a ‘Sting CD’ along with him, belongs to the dissident fraction of Aam Aadmi Party who parted ways from the party some time ago. Prakash has been detained as now and being questioned by the police at IP Estate Police Station.
