Maharashtra State Home Ministry is all set to appeal against Salman Khan's acquittal in the Hit and Run case, 2002 in the Supreme Court.

He never said that he drove the car nor did the Judiciary. After all he must have been left out of all the innocence he depicts through Being Human. Its like Mamata Banerjee accepting that though she did drive out Tata from Singur but she is thankful of all dumb Bengalis for helping her win the elections. Which is poetic in a way because he drove his car on people and she drove cars out of Bengal.
Seriously it is an exercise in futility because we have multiple T.S. Thakurs in the country. The case will be heard for some 13 years in the Supreme Court and then again he will be acquitted because three public prosecutor would have died by then 'suspiciously'. Maybe, some Khan would have driven a Toyota over him or maybe some Khan would have shot him mistaking him for a black buck. No one knows.
This is a country where people believed that Rahul Gandhi was close to winning the 2014 elections. Also where PRDP earned money close to the world's population. How can someone expect sanity from the people here. Even Modi is like I can't bear you all, I'm going to Russia.
If and only if the case was heard in some matrix world then the Judge would immediately convict Salman Khan, but thanks to our luck we are here following Gandhi's path. He killed one guy and Gandhiji said "see when someone slaps you on one cheek, you venture your other cheek for him to slap. So he has killed one, let him kill Patil too. Then we'll see what to do."
